Do we need to complete the bond form?
The bond form needs to be completed and returned prior to arrival.
No funds are taken from this form, this is simply for security purposes in case of any damage to the property, etc.
Keys will not be made available without a completed bond form returned.
What do we need to bring when collecting the keys?
We require a driving licence and for you to sign that you have read our terms and conditions.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
Christmas/New Year school holidays
Easter school holidays
September school holidays
Mid-Season applies July school holidays
Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
50% deposit is due within 7 days of making the booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?

Do I need Travel Insurance?
YES! We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
Can I book online?
YES! You can search availability online across all properties for specific dates by searching on the home page. Please note that some of our properties require owner approval so an immediate booking may not be accepted until a request is put in and dates are confirmed.
Please check our website to check that property has linen included.
We provide you with a small complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, etc. These items will not be replaced during your stay. (Check that your property includes this on the website)
There is no daily housekeeping or room service as you have booked a privately-owned property. All of the properties have a washing machine so you can wash linen and towels if you wish during your stay.
If you are staying over 10 days nights, you may request a mid-stay clean. Please advise the office.
The bedding configuration for each property can be found on the property page (under each listing) on our website.
Please note we cannot add or change beds in the properties. (unless it is stated)
High Chairs/Porta Cots:
Our properties do not include high chairs or porta cots.

Where do I collect the keys from?
You will receive an email 7 days prior to arriving with key collection information.
Please make us aware if you will be arriving late or on a Sunday.
What cleaning is required prior to departure?
You do not need to clean in full. We do ask you to; Clean the BBQ, Remove rubbish, Wash, dry and put away your dishes.
An excess cleaning fee applies if this is not done.

When can I call to discuss the best option to suit my requirements?
Office Hours are Monday to Friday; 8.30 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday 9am to 4pm.
