This beautiful contemporary holiday house is full of creative features - built over three levels, designed to maximise individual space as well as incorporating comfortable family living areas. Minutes walk down to the Sunshine Village, Surf Life Saving Club and patrolled beach.

41 Douglas Street has an open air contemporary feel, with lots of louvers, large glass windows and doors letting in plenty of natural light.
Open the property up and you will capture the beautiful ocean breeze and fresh sea air. The parents can relax whilst the kids are playing in the lap pool making the most of Sunshine Beach's all year round great weather.
With its ideal location it would be hard to find a more ideal holiday home for the family.
Lap Pool - to make guests stay, even more enjoyable the large lap pool is heated All year round. The average temperature of the pool is between 26*- 29* degrees. Winter is a perfect time to escape the cold, warm up and sun yourself on the beach.
The top level comprises the master suite with its own balcony offering ocean glimpses
Ensuite is quite luxurious with Travertine tiles and double basins.

Tucked away at the rear of the basement/lower level is a sleeping area with its own ensuite - sleeping 2 guests by way of king bed. Right next door is a great play room for the kids complete with TV.
Things to do
Join the local cafe society, find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh, local produce or a snack. Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a laid back beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the beach. Experience a superlative espresso using organic coffee beans that are roasted on-site and spend an idle hour with a favourite magazine under a broad umbrella.
Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy on the foreshore. The wide open beach hosts a variety of uncrowded, secluded areas and the area in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year-round. After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views, as well as great eating and drinking at their award-winning restaurant.
Head to Noosa where you'll find stylish boutiques stocking fashion, beach attire and homewares. Alternatively, visit nearby Eumundi market held on a Wednesday and Saturday for local arts and crafts.
A 3 night minimum stay applies only in low season or last minute - if applicable.
A seven night minimum applies during peak season.
Discounts can be applied for longer stays if owner approved.
Starter pack upon arrival you will be supplied with a starter pack of essentials to get you through the first night. This includes: Toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher & dishwashing liquid sachets, tea, coffee, sugar, soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner.
Dogs are only permitted at this pet-friendly property with an additional $100 added to the total tariff, and only if pre-arranged with and approved by Century 21 Noosa Holidays.
Pet friendly terms and conditions must be agreed to, and any damages caused will be deducted by bond - credit card form supplied.
This permission is provided on a case by case basis and is subject to our terms and conditions. All pets are to remain outside.
