On the upstairs level you have the kitchen looking onto the back deck, dining, air conditioned lounge area with sliding doors that open up both front and side of the house. The kitchen and house has been equipped with all new appliances and furnishings.
The master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, second bedroom with queen and third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds). The bathroom is on this level. There are ceiling fans in the 2 main bedrooms and pedestal fan in the third.
Going out the side door from the lounge area is a BBQ and lovely garden area.
At ground level, you enter the open plan rumpus room, also on this level is the laundry, garage with ping pong table and outdoor shower and bathroom facilitiesperfect in Summer when you leave the beach and want to cool off!
This Plover Street Beach House is a wonderful combination of old and new. It has the original bones of the Beach Shack it once was, with a recent update to freshen its look and feel inside. A terrific home where you can enjoy a family getaway.
