This welcoming two storey home sits comfortably in landscaped surrounds, along a quiet cul-de-sac, looking onto Noosa's famous National Park and a minutes drive or a 10 minute walk to the dog-friendly beach at north Sunshine. The large front yard is fully fenced with a sunny green lawn and tropical gardens, perfect for kids & pets (by application).
The open plan Living, Dining & Kitchen area leads out onto protected decks on both sides. Two sets of large stacking doors slide back to provide a seamless transition to the outside and the Kitchen also opens up to the rear BBQ area. A media area sits in one corner of this space. Also on the lower level are two bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry behind bifold doors.
Parents can retreat to the upper level where they'll find a generous airy bedroom looking out over the Park with an adjoining ensuite and walk-in robe. There is also a second sitting room with Smart TV for other viewing options.
Cool polished timber floors are featured throughout the living spaces with carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms. A goldfish pond runs alongside the rear deck, and organic produce can be plucked from the veggie beds above the kitchen.
For nature lovers, access into the National Park is only 60m from the door. Take the coastal track to Alexandra Bay, Granite & Tea Tree Bays and continue along the boardwalk to Hastings Street. Birds, marine life and koalas can be sighted along the way. Swim in the sheltered waters of Noosa Main Beach, and indulge in coffee or lunch by the sea. For the fitness conscious, run the loop through the Park from the main Parkedge Road entrance, returning to the gate at the end of the road or walk your dog down to the beach where you can both meet new friends.
Sunshine Beach Village offers wonderful & diverse dining options, including Embassy XO, Marble Bar, Fratellini & Mooshka's. The Surf Club nearby often provides entertainment as well as fabulous beach views and dining. It's only 2 minutes in the car to Noosa Junction where you can find supermarkets, banks, cinemas, medical centres, more cafes & restaurants, and boutique shopping. Hastings Street is another 2 minutes up the road.

PETS WELCOME BY APPLICATION: Please note that there are conditions when bringing your pet that must be strictly adhered to. Should we find damage to the property, or you have not cleaned up after your pet, or excessive cleaning is required after your stay, part or all of your Pet Bond may be invoked.
You also need to sign the pet bond form. ONLY SMALL PETS ALLOWED AT PROPERTY. And no pets are allowed in the bedrooms.
