Open the property up and you will capture the beautiful ocean breeze and fresh sea air. The parents can relax while the kids are playing in the lap pool making the most of Sunshine Beachs all year round great weather.
With its ideal location it would be hard to find a more ideal holiday home for the family.
Lap Pool - to make guests stay even more enjoyable the large lap pool is heated in cooler months from the 15th of April to the start of October each year. The average temperature of the pool during this time is between 26*- 29* degrees. Winter is a perfect time to escape the cold, warm up and sun yourself on the beach.

Tucked away at the rear of the basement/lower level is a sleeping area with its own ensuite - sleeping 2 guests by way of king bed. Right next door is a great play room for the kids complete with TV and ping pong table.

Starter pack -upon arrival you will be supplied with a Starter pack of essentials to get you through the first night. This includes: Toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, dishwasher & dishwashing liquid sachets, tea, coffee, sugar, soap, small shampoo and conditioner.
There is an extra $100 pet fee that will apply.
Dogs are only permitted at this pet-friendly property with an additional $100 added to the total tariff, and only if pre-arranged with and approved by Century 21 Noosa Holidays.
Pet friendly terms and conditions must be agreed to, and any damages caused will be deducted by bond - credit card form supplied.
This permission is provided on a case by case basis and is subject to our terms and conditions. All pets are to remain outside.
There is only a small back yard at this property - please consider this when booking if you have a pet.

Join the local caf society find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh, local produce or a snack. Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a laidback beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the beach. Experience a superlative espresso the organic coffee beans are roasted on-site and spend an idle hour with a favourite magazine under a broad umbrella.
Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy on the beach foreshore. The wide, open beach hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the beach in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year-round. After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant.
And if you havent had enough shopping, youll find boutiques stocking beach wear, fashion and homewares.
